2Do I need to send photos with my request?
Photos are optional, but they help a great deal. Clear pictures of the gutters, downspouts, roofline or the specific area of concern let us understand the job before we get there.
3How often should gutters be cleaned?
For most homes in this region, twice a year works well: once in spring after pollen and seed drop, and once in late autumn once the leaves are down. Homes with mature trees overhanging the roof often need attention more often.
4What happens if gutters are left blocked?
Water that cannot reach the downspout spills over the trough edge and runs down the wall and into the ground beside the house. Keeping the system clear is about keeping water moving away from the home and helping prevent costly water damage.
